Confírmase la sentencia del 18 de mayo de 2001 del Juzgado Veintitrés Civil Municipal de Bogotá y la sentencia del 3 de julio de 2001 del Juzgado Veintinueve Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad, mediante las cuales se denegó por improcedente el amparo de tutela impetrado por el señor ENRIQUE PITA JIMÉNEZ contra EL MUSEO DE LA FOTOGRAFÍA, LA ALCALDÍA MAYOR DE BOGOTÁ, EL DIARIO EL TIEMPO Y LA EMPRESA DE TELÉFONOS DE BOGOTÁ.
