- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Medellín el 28 de marzo de 2000 y, en su lugar, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia, CONFIRMAR la providencia dictada en primera instancia por el Juzgado 15 Civil del Circuito de Medellín, el dos (2) de marzo de 2000, mediante la cual se resolvió CONCEDER el amparo de tutela a los derechos a la honra y al buen nombre del actor.
- Segundo. CONMINAR al director del periódico "El Mundo", señor Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri, para que en el futuro no vuelva a incurrir en el comportamiento advertido en la presente sentencia.
