Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida el 28 de septiembre de 1994 por el Juzgado Treinta y Dos Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por JOSE MANUEL CRUZ AGUIRRE.
Segundo. ADICIONASE la providencia confirmada en el sentido de ORDENAR a la revista "Semana" que, en la edición siguiente a la notificación del presente fallo, publique, con la misma importancia y despliegue de la información inicial, una rectificación suya en el sentido de que el peticionario, según la certificación del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, no ha sido solicitado en extradición por parte de ningún país.
Tercero. Por el exacto cumplimiento de este fallo responderá el Director de la revista "Semana", doctor Mauricio Vargas Linares.
Cuarto. Se confía la vigilancia sobre la ejecución de lo ordenado en esta Sentencia al Juez 32 Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
Quinto. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
