- PRIMERO. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al minimo vital de la senora Mariela Encarnacion Mazon Palmera y su menor hijo y en consecuencia, REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal Caucasia, Antioquia el treinta y uno (31) de julio de 2006 por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. Saludcoop, Seccional Medellin, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, proceda a reconocer y pagar la licencia de maternidad a la senora Mariela Encarnacion Mazon Palmera.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
