CONFIRMAR en su integridad la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por la Seccion Tercera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, mediante la cual se decidio confirmar la providencia de primera instancia dictada por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en la que se denego la tutela instaurada por la senora Carmen Gonzalez de Prada en contra de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
