- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 12 de abril de 2016 por el Juzgado Diecinueve Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, que confirmó la decisión del 22 de febrero de 2016 emitida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Municipal de Pequeñas Causas Laborales de la misma ciudad, que declaró improcedente la acción de tutela instaurada por Mario Javier Gómez Ochoa contra la Secretaría de Educación Municipal de Medellín, por las razones expuestas en el presente proveído.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense por Secretaría General las comunicaciones previstas en el Artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
