CONFIRMAR, por lar razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta decisión, la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Penal-, mediante la cual decidió REVOCAR el fallo impugnado dictado por la Sala de decisión Penal del Tribunal de Distrito Judicial de Manizales.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
