- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Nobsa el 24 de agosto de 2000, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia. En su lugar, NIEGA el amparo otorgado al el señor Héctor Julio Rincón y a la señora Soledad Mercedes Mojica Maldonado.
- Segundo. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
