- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia dictada, el 11 de junio de 2001, por el Juzgado Sesenta y Dos Penal Municipal de Bogotá, por la cual se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales invocados por la accionante en la tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. Negar el amparo solicitado, por las razones que de manera precisa se consignaron en la parte considerativa de este fallo.
