- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Pasto de 8 de septiembre de 2004. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela protegiendo los derechos fundamentales de petición y el mínimo vital de la señora Ayda del Carmen Narváez Ibarra y su hija.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional Nariño que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Ayda del Carmen Narváez Ibarra.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
