- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo para establecer la red global de desarrollo", hecho en Dakar, Senegal, el veintitres (23) de enero de dos mil cinco (2005)
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 1102 del seis (06) de diciembre de 2006, por medio de la cual se aprueba el citado Acuerdo.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y a la Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Constitucion Politica.
