- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 31 del Decreto ley 522 de 1971, por los cargos analizados, en el entendido que dicha norma se refiere a los requerimientos de informacion hechos por las autoridades administrativas en ejercicio de funciones administrativas y que el requerido podra abstenerse de suministrar informacion que lo autoincrimine.
