- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Convenio de Cooperacion Tecnica, Cientifica y Tecnologica entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Republica de Honduras", suscrito en la ciudad de Bogota, D. C., el 12 de noviembre de 2003.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 969 del trece (13) de julio de 2005, por medio de la que se aprueba el citado Convenio.
- Tercero. Ordenar la comunicacion de la presente sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y a la Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Constitucion Politica.
