- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo de Cooperacion Turistica entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos", suscrito en la ciudad de Mexico el siete (7) de diciembre de 1998.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 705 de 2001, por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Acuerdo de Cooperacion Turistica entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos", suscrito en la ciudad de Mexico el siete (7) de diciembre de 1998.
- Tercero. COMUNIQUESE esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviesele copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
