- Declarar EXEQUIBLES el Acuerdo de cooperacion en materia de turismo entre la Republica de Colombia y el Reino de Espana, suscrito en Santafe de Bogota, el 9 de junio de 1995, y la Ley 350 del 16 de enero de 1997, aprobatoria del mismo.
- De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 10deg del articulo 241 de la Constitucion Politica, el Presidente de la Republica podra manifestar el consentimiento de Colombia en obligarse por el Acuerdo.
