- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES el "Convenio entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Federación de Rusia sobre cooperación cultural y científica", suscrito en Santafé de Bogotá el 26 de noviembre de 1.997, y la Ley 566 del 2 de febrero de 2.000 que lo aprueba.
- Segundo. Comuníquese esta decisión al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia de la República, y envíesele copia auténtica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del artículo 241 de la Carta Política.
