- Declarar EXEQUIBLE, exclusivamente por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el artículo 344 de la Ley 600 de 2000, con excepción de la expresión "o conducción" que se repite dos veces en la norma y frente a la cual la Corte se estará a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-760 de 2001, que las declaró INEXEQUIBLES, y de la expresión "contra ella no procede recurso alguno", frente a la cual se INHIBE de pronunciarse por ineptitud sustantiva de la demanda.
