- Primero. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE la expresión "inminente" del artículo 8 de la Ley 393 de 1997, "Por la cual se desarrolla el artículo 87 de Constitución Política".
- Segundo. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE la expresión "...cuando la conducta del empleado así lo exija" contenida en el numeral 6 del artículo 21 de la misma ley.
