- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Decimo. Civil del Circuito de Medellin en el proceso de la referencia. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado por el senor PEDRO CLAVER ECHAVARRIA MENA.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, requiera al Ministerio de Defensa, adjuntando copia de la presente providencia a fin de que resuelva lo pertinente a la solicitud de emision del bono pensional del demandante. Una vez recibida la respuesta del Ministerio, el Seguro debera proceder en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a su recibo a expedir el acto administrativo que decida de fondo sobre el reconocimiento de la pension.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
