- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, la Sentencia proferida el veintitres (23) de abril de 2004 por el Juzgado Trece Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, y en su lugar, amparar el derechos al minimo vital de Erika Jazmin Zabala Perez y su recien nacida hija.
- En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la EPS SaludCoop Regional Santander que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente decision, efectue el pago de la licencia de maternidad a la que tiene derecho la accionante.
- Segundo. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
