- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Pereira y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos del accionante, de conformidad con la parte motiva de la presente Sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Coordinación de Admisiones de la Policía Nacional, Regional Risaralda, que le permita el ingreso al accionante al curso de formación policial, con el próximo grupo de aspirantes.
