- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Sexta de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, en el trámite de la presente acción de tutela. En su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al libre desarrollo de la personalidad, a la libertad de escoger profesión u oficio y al trabajo del señora Álvaro Pastrana Guevara.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Comandante de la Fuerza Aérea de Colombia- Comando Fuerza Aérea Bogotá que autorice y haga efectivo el retiro del suboficial Álvaro Pastrana Guevara en un término que no podrá ser superior a tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
