- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Setenta y Cinco Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, del dos de febrero del año 2000, en la tutela presentada por Yadith Guerrero.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juez de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
