Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, del 16 de diciembre de 1998 y, en segunda instancia de la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 16 de febrero de 1999 y, en su lugar Conceder el amparo de los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo, a la estabilidad laboral reforzada y al mínimo vital de la señora Nidia Margot Romero Bernal.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda Las Villas reintegrar, en forma inmediata, a la accionante al cargo que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
