- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, la Sentencia proferida el dieciocho (18) de marzo de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Primero. de Familia de Bucaramanga, y en su lugar, amparar los derechos a la salud en conexidad con la vida, de la senora Zoraida Garavito Chipagra.
- En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Secretaria de Salud Departamental de Santander que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion del fallo, proceda a prestarle a la senora Zoraida Garavito Chipagra, la atencion medica y de salud (v.gr. consultas medicas, examenes, procedimientos quirurgicos, hospitalizacion, suministro de medicamentos, etc) que por su prolapso genital total y su estado de salud requiera, sin que le sea oponible el pago de cuotas de recuperacion o cualquier otra condicion para el efecto.
- Segundo. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
