- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria, el veintitrés (23) de junio de 1998, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Ciro Antonio Ortiz Novoa contra Entidad Promotora de Salud Unimec E.P.S y el Hospital San José, por violación de su derecho a la vida. En su lugar, CONFÍRMASE la sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha trece (13) de mayo de 1998, por medio de la cual se concedió el amparo solicitado por el señor Ciro Antonio Ortiz Novoa.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
