PRIMERO. LEVANTAR la suspension de terminos decretada para decidir el presente asunto mediante auto del veintiseis (26) de marzo de dos mil ocho (2008).
SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal del Circuito de Soledad - Atlantico el 8 de agosto de 2007, pero por configurarse carencia actual de objeto.
TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
