- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 35 Penal Municipal de Medellín, el 28 de diciembre de 1999, dentro de la presente acción de tutela.
- Segundo. CONCEDER el amparo del derecho de petición de la señora Mercedes Durango Jiménez y, en consecuencia ORDENAR al Jefe del Departamento de Atención al Pensionado de la Seccional Antioquia del Seguro Social, que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, resuelva, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, el recurso de reposición interpuesto por la accionante desde el 29 de abril de 1997 contra la Resolución 001681 de 1997
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
