- Segundo. REVOCAR la Sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Ibague proferida el 15 de junio 2007, CONCEDER el derecho de peticion del senor Jorge Arnubio Ruiz Romero, por las razones expuesta en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a CAJANAL E.I.C.E. responder de fondo la solicitud sometida a consideracion por el actor, de forma clara y precisa, dentro de los diez (10) dias siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
