- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el diecinueve (19) de marzo de dos mil tres (2003) por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que estimo improcedente la accion de tutela contra sentencias judiciales.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el veintiuno (21) de febrero de dos mil tres (2003) por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que concedio la tutela solicitada, pero por las razones de la presente decision, en orden a que la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Medellin, dentro del termino de los diez (10) dias siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, dicte sentencia con arreglo a las normas pertinentes y a lo dispuesto en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
