- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 18 de marzo de 1999, proferida por el Consejo de Estado, en cuanto confirmó el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Sucre dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Luz Stella Florez Espinosa y otros, en contra de la Empresa Promotora de Salud SALUDCOOP, con sede en la ciudad de Corozal, Sucre.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente decisión a la peticionaria y al Alcalde de Sincé.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
