- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- tercero. Penal del Circuito de Villavicencio, de fecha 2 de septiembre de 1999, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela para la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de Saidy Mariana Zambrano Agudelo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a UNIMEC S.A. Empresa Promotora de Salud que, dentro de los ocho (8) dias calendario siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, cumpla con los tramites administrativos necesarios para que, a mas tardar dentro de los seis (6) meses contados a partir de la misma fecha, se practique a Saidy Mariana Zambrano Agudelo, la intervencion que, segun concepto medico, sea la mas idonea para restablecer las condiciones fisicas de la paciente, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
