- Primero. REVOCAR la providencia dictada por el Juzgado 29 Penal Municipal de Medellin, el 29 de mayo de 1998, que denego la accion de tutela iniciada por Nury Bedoya Henao en contra de la Compania de Medicina Prepagada Colsanitas S.A.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho constitucional a la salud de la demandante, en conexion con su derecho fundamental a la vida digna. En consecuencia, se ordena a la entidad demandada que, en el termino de los quince (15) dias habiles siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, autorice la cirugia recomendada por el medico a cargo de la enfermedad de la demandante, con cargo al contrato de medicina integral prepagada.
- Tercero. LIBRESE por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
