- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de primera instancia que concedió el amparo transitorio a la señora MARTHA DIANA GARZÓN TORRES y ordenó su reintegro a un lugar de trabajo que la Cooperativa Coopseres asigne, sea el mismo de antes o uno similar, sin desmejorar sus condiciones.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de instancia en cuanto ampararon el derecho de petición de la accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
