- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de los términos decretada por la Sala para fallar el presente proceso.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado por el Juzgado
- Octavo. de Familia de Bogotá el 13 de septiembre de 2001, en virtud de la acción de tutela promovida por MARY SOL RAMÍREZ CALDERÓN.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se compulsen copias del expediente con destino a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, para los fines señalados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
