- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente la sentencia del Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Titiribi, Antioquia, del dia 11 de febrero de 1998, en lo relacionado con la denegacion de la tutela del derecho a la vida e integridad personal impetrada por Ana Rosa Serna, y, en su lugar, conceder el amparo solicitado por la amenaza generada contra ese derecho.
- Segundo. Ordenar a las autoridades del municipio de Angelopolis, Antioquia, que, de acuerdo con las normas legales, procedan a realizar las asignaciones presupuestales necesarias para realizar en la vivienda de la actora las obras que se senalan en la parte final de los fundamentos de esta sentencia.
