- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos decretada para fallar el presente asunto.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia adoptada por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, el 26 de noviembre de 2001, en razón de las acción de tutela interpuesta por LUZ MYRIAM PABÓN DÍAZ contra la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
- Tercero. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
