- Segundo. CONCEDER las tutelas interpuestas por los actores de la referencia y, en consecuencia ORDENAR a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48), contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, inicie los trámites y procedimientos necesarios para que en un término no superior a sesenta días (60), entregue a los demandantes su cédula de ciudadanía.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, para que adopte las medidas necesarias a fin de evitar situaciones como las planteadas por los demandantes, de tal suerte que la entrega del documento de identidad de los ciudadanos, siempre, se realice a la mayor brevedad, sin desmedro de sus derechos fundamentales, y teniendo en cuenta para el efecto, la motivación y las decisiones contenidas en esta sentencia.
- Cuarto. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida dentro de la acción de tutela T-480866, por existir carencia actual de objeto.
- Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
