El accionante solicita se disponga de la atención médica integral necesaria para el manejo de su patología, ya que es parapléjico y necesita curaciones y sondas diarias, todos estos implementos son indispensables para mejorar su calidad de vida.

- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Civil Municipal de Bogota el 16 de marzo de 2009. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por el senor Cesar Andres Ortiz, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Nueva EPS, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, suministre las bolsas de colostomia con sus barreras y las Sondas Nelaton, en la cantidad diaria requerida por el peticionario, sin que se pueda oponer para negarlas la reglamentacion del POS, asi como el tratamiento medico integral diario que necesita para sus heridas -curacion y limpieza-, y se le sigan suministrando tales implementos hasta que en criterio del medico tratante los requiera.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
