- Primero. REVÓCAR la sentencia proferida el veintisiete (27) de marzo de 1998 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
- Segundo. CONCÉDESE la tutela impetrada por JOSÉ RICARDO RODRÍGUEZ PLAZAS. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE al Asesor Jurídico de la Cárcel Nacional Modelo de la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, que a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, resuelva de fondo, las solicitudes elevadas por el actor respecto al beneficio administrativo de las 72 horas contenido en el art. 147 de la ley 65 de 1993.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
