- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el 27 de mayo de 1996 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga, Santander, a través del cual negó por improcedente la acción de tutela contra los particulares demandados y en cambio la concedió contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales de esa ciudad, entidad a la que ordenó proseguir con el tratamiento al menor ALFONSO CÁCERES ROJAS, de acuerdo con el consentimiento que para el efecto dieron los padres.
- Segundo. Librar por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
