- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar las sentencias proferidas por las Salas Jurisdiccionales Disciplinarias del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca y del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, los dias 6 de octubre de 1999 y 4 de noviembre del mismo ano, respectivamente, en cuanto declararon la improcedencia de la accion de tutela instaurada por el ex-Senador de la Republica, el doctor Jose Elias Guerra de la Espriella, en contra de los extintos Juzgado Regional de Santafe de Bogota y el Tribunal Nacional.
- Segundo. Por la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
