Tutela contra providencia judicial.
Los accionantes pretenden que vía de tutela se ordene a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, decretar la nulidad de la sentencia adoptada dentro de un proceso ejecutivo hipotecario, alegando violación de derechos fundamentales en el trámite de su expedición, porque en la obligación ejecutada no existió solidaridad y porque la conformación de la Sala de Decisión fue indebida, en tanto estaba constituida por cuatro magistrados de los cuales dos salvaron voto.
La Sala resuelve declarar IMPROCEDENTE la acción de tutela incoada, por falta de legitimación activa.
