- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 16 Penal del Circuito de Medellín, el 8 de Junio de 1994, en cuanto a denegar la acción de tutela instaurada por Maria Rocío Saldarriaga de Barco, en nombre y representación de su hija Alejandra María.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría, líbrense los oficios de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
