Alega la accionante que a su hijo le diagnosticaron una discapacidad cognitiva I y que luego de ser valorado por fisiatría le fueron ordenadas terapias de musicoterapia, terapia del lenguaje basada en neurodesarrollo, integración sensoriomotriz, neuropedagogía y psicología y que CAJACOPI E.P.S.S. negó los mencionados procedimientos bajo el argumento de no estar incluidos dentro del POS.
La Sala reitera jurisprudencia relacionada con el derecho fundamental a la salud y con la protección constitucional para las personas con limitaciones físicas, funcionales, psíquicas y sensoriales, en el ordenamiento constitucional e internacional.
En sede de revisión se constató que al representado le estaban brindando los servicios solicitados, motivo por el cual se declaró la CARENCIA ACTUAL DE OBJETO POR HECHO SUPERADO.
