- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 13 de noviembre de 2002 por el Juzgado 58 Penal Municipal de Bogotá y la sentencia proferida el 16 de enero de 2003 por el Juzgado 9 Penal de Circuito de Bogotá.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos a la vida, a la seguridad social en salud y a la igualdad del actor Luis Carlos Feo Encizo.
- Tercero. Ordenarle al Hospital Simón Bolívar de Bogotá abstenerse de cobrarle al actor suma alguna por concepto de cuotas de recuperación con ocasión del tratamiento a que fue sometido en razón de la enfermedad catastrófica que padece. En su lugar se dispone que esas sumas sean asumidas por el Fondo Distrital de Salud.
- Cuarto. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
