Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Manizales. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo, y al mínimo vital del señor Luis Eduardo García García.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Cooperativa de Municipalidades de Caldas -COOMUNICALDAS Ltda -, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, sí aún no lo hubiere hecho, proceda a cancelar los salarios adeudados al señor Luis Eduardo García García.
Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
