- PRIMERO. Revocar las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Bucaramanga y
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Palmira, de fechas 17 y 24 de marzo de 1,993, respectivamente, por medio de las cuales se negaron las tutelas promovidas por CLAUDIA PATRICIA CASTILLO PEÑA y DOLORES JOSEFINA CHAMORRO LUNA en representación de sus hijos Luis Carlos Rodríguez Castillo y Johan Herminzul Collazos Chamororo.
- SEGUNDO. Conceder las tutelas solicitadas, disponiendo con tal fin, que el Ejército Nacional, por intermedio de la Quinta y Tercera Brigadas, respectivamente, proceda, dentro del término de 48 horas, a ordenar el desacuartelamiento de los soldados LUIS RODRIGUEZ PARRA y FREDDY COLLAZOS MUÑOZ y reintegrarlos a sus familias en Bucaramanga y Palmira.
- De igual manera deberá disponerse por el Ejército, el otorgamiento a favor de los referidos ciudadanos, de sus libretas militares, en la forma establecida por la ley y el reglamento.
- TERCERO. Confirmar la sentencia de fecha 18 de marzo de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado 24 Penal Municipal de Cali, mediante la cual se otorgó la tutela promovida por ESPERANZA ADILA OROBIO PINEDA en nombre de su menor hijo Jhon Alexánder Gómez Orobio.
- CUARTO. Líbrese por Secretaría General las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí consagrados.
