- Primero. Revocar el fallo del Juzgado Cuarenta y Siete Civil Municipal de Bogota del 14 de octubre de 2003 y en su lugar conceder la tutela de los derechos fundamentales del demandante y su hija menor. En consecuencia se ordena a COMPENSAR E.P.S que, en el termino de cinco (5) dias a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, proceda a reconocer al demandante la licencia de paternidad solicitada.
