El actor solicita se ordene al ISS, reliquidar su pensión de vejez de acuerdo con la legalidad vigente y el pago de su retroactivo pensional.
La Sala se pronuncia sobre la procedencia excepcional de la acción de tutela en materia de prestaciones económicas, la seguridad social como derecho fundamental, se concluye que la acción de tutela resulta improcedente por cuanto el actor no ha agotado los mecanismos ordinarios de defensa.
